Fire trucks!

Lately one of Carina's favorite things is fire trucks. She LOVES to point them out and make siren noises. This weekend one of our local fire stations had an open house to celebratetheir remodel and opening. Carina was so excited to sit in a real fire truck!

First Day of School

This week Carina was transitioned into her first classroom. She had her first official day of school today. Here she is ready to be a big girl on her own at school.

Point Defiance Zoo

This weekend we bundled up and took advantage of the sun. We headed down to Tacoma to visit the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. We had a great time and made lots of animal friends.

Carina recently discovered that she can reach up to the kitchen counter and pull things down. Here is how I found my two girls this morning...

California Love

At the end of January we made our way out to California to visit family and celebrate Robbie's birthday. It was Carina's first trip to the bay area to visit her Lolo, Lola and Auntie Myra. We had a great time spending time with family, riding the BART into San Francisco, visiting the California Academy of Sciences and getting a little bit of sunshine.
