1st Christmas Mornng

Our first Christmas morning as a family was as perfect as we could have imagined. Carina loved pulling at the wrapping paper and exploring her new things. Here are some pictures of the fun. Cali and her friend Lola were there too, but opted to sleep on the floor as Carina played ;)

Lots of Holiday Fun

Lately one of Carina's favorite things is Cali. She is always watching what her doggie sister is up to. Wherever Carina is, Cali is often near by. When Carina is playing on the floor Cali will often lay down right next to her to let her pet her or kick her.

1st Family Christmas Tree

Last weekend we braved the cold to make our way out to find our first family Christmas tree. We weren't looking for anything spectacular, just a small sweet tree to help bring the holiday spirit into our home.

19 weeks old

Carina has been growing and developing faster than ever. Over the past few weeks she has changed so much! She now is trying to turn over from her back to stomach, sits in a high chair or up against a pillow, chews on everything, grabs things to put into her mouth, and has begun sleeping with her bunny. She is getting really close to putting her pacifier into her mouth too!! We've noticed this past week that our little chatter will lay in her crib and talk to herself (or maybe she is talking to bunny?) until she falls asleep. She is also very interested in everything her doggy sister Cali is doing. Sometimes it calms her down just to have Cali near by for her to watch.
Carina is such a wonderful girl. We are very blessed to have Carina in our lives. We love her so much!
