At the beginning of the month we had 2 big birthdays- My dad and cousin Jay. Happy belated birthdays to you both. Sorry we missed posting for you. Hope you had great birthdays!
A big thing that happened was Jessica's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception. We had such a wonderful time dancing the night away. Here is a picture of Robbie, Amy, and beautiful bride Jess.
Robbie and I also celebrated our 9 year mark as a couple. Can you believe we've been together for 9 years?? Boy does time fly.
We had our favorite dog friend Lola for a few days and got to celebrate her 3rd birthday with her. We are so excited to have her over again next week.
At work my department finally had an open house to show off our new Resource Center. When we originally opened the space in December there were some issues with a respiratory virus going around, so we couldn't really do a grand opening. It was great to finally be able to show staff all the educational resources we have available to them, our patients and their caregivers/families. Plus it was great to see the reactions of those who knew how small our old space was. Here is a link to our Resource Center.

From there it has been lots of work for Robbie and papers, tests, papers, tests and lots of hospital clinical time for me.
Today the sun is out, the temperatures are high- and all I want to do is get outside, have a nice chilled glass of wine, and soak up some sun. Anyone feel like joining me?? Speak up before we're buried under our pile of responsibilities again!
